1 – Free Quote

First, we conduct a free site survey for new customers to assess what equipment is needed around the property to maintain your required speeds. The equipment needed is dependent upon the size and layout of your property along with the building construction materials. We conduct speed tests throughout the hotel to determine how far the signal for each access point will reach.

We are very familiar with a lot of property layouts, so sometimes we do not need to send a technician to create a quote.

2 – Installation

After approval…

We send an installation team out to your property to develop your WiFi network.
We include a backup Gateway free of cost to ensure your property has an immediate backup for unexpected emergencies (i.e. lightning strike, GW failure, etc).
The time it takes to complete an install varies on size and materials needed. It can be anywhere from 1-4 days. This will be discussed prior to installation.
Upon completion, we show you how to use your new system and answer any questions you may have.
All equipment comes with a one year warranty. Our Gateways come with a lifetime warranty for managed customers.

3 – Payment

50% down payment is due prior to installation. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

We will work with any budget! Don’t let your budget stop you from providing the fast internet speeds your guests deserve.

4 – 24/7 Support and Network Monitoring

After installation is complete, you can choose to have your network monitored 24/7 by our technicians for a monthly charge based on the amount of rooms your hotel services. We offer the lowest competitive rate per room! We will be able to see when your equipment is down and fix it before there are any complaints.

We provide tent cards to place in each room with our contact number on it for your guests to call if they have any issues logging onto the network. All of our staff have experience and training in customer service and strive to create a positive guest experience.
